If you want to write in multiple languages then you can create multiple blogs.
Now the next option is adult content. If you want to add adult content to this site then you can enable this option otherwise you don’t need to enable it.
The next option is google analytics property id if you are adding google analytics to your site then you will get this id and you have to paste that id in this option.
The next is the favicon. This is the icon which will be shown on the top of your website. You can create a favicon on this website called Favicon.io. You can add this by using this option to your blogger site. Remember that the extension of favicon should be .ico.

Always (Recommended): After someone comments on your website then you have to approve that comment is real after that the comment can be gotten added to the website
Sometimes : This sometimes sends messages to approve comments but not always.
Never : This never sends messages and comments directly gets added to the blog without approval.
